Resbakan Na! Trillanes, Kinasuhan Nila Paolo Duterte At Mans Carpio!

Kinasuhan na rin sa wakas nila Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte at bayaw nitong si Atty. Manses Carpio si Senador Antonio Trillanes. Ang kaso ay kaugnay sa pagdadawit sa kanila sa PHP6.4 billion shabu smuggling issue sa Bureau of Customs (BOC) ni Trillanes, kahit walang matibay na ebidensya. Inihain ang civil case laban kay Trillanes kahapon sa Office of the Clerk of Court. Nai-raffle na rin ang kaso sa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 ni Judge Mario Duaves.

“Senator Trillanes is imputing malice in saying that my appearance before the BOC is because of smuggling. He is just a desperate rumor-monger who happens to be a senator.” sabi ni Carpio.

Ikinatuwa naman ng mga kababayan natin ang pagsasampa nila Paolo at Mans ng kaso laban kay Trillanes.
